Why Are Gapped Teeth Taboo?
Saturday, January 30th, 2010There’s nothing physiologically wrong with having gapped teeth; it actually keeps your teeth cleaner. However, in today’s Hollywood-obsessed society, perfectly spaced blazing white teeth are the norm, and orthodontists and cosmetic dentists are making a killing. Unfortunately, a kid whose parents can’t afford braces is now ridiculed much more than the “braceface” of the past.
