How Many Children Can You Watch In Your Home In Texas Without A License Or Being Registered?
I want to stay home with my kids and watch a few other children. I’m just not sure of the laws. How many can I have in my home before I have to be registered or license. I live in San Antonio, Texas

Child Care Home Registration/Licensure
* Texas law requires that homes providing child-care for four or more children must be registered/licensed with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

i heard only 5 if you have more than five it has to be 2 adult helping just incase of an emergency but my mom inlaw had to get her lisence its better that good luck way..
