How Many Children Can You Babysit Before It Is Considered Daycare?
I would like to babysit several children but was wondering how many I can babysit before it is considered daycare? I would also like to know how to contact my local state agency to ask several questions regarding babysitting verses daycare so that I am not crossing the lines. Thanks in advance!

that is the link for all 50 states licensing regs. you can find the answer to all your questions by clicking the state you live in. then contact the licensing agency where you live for anything else.

Contact your local department of family services. Just google your state and family services and they should have a website with a wealth of information.
