Why Are Gapped Teeth Taboo?
There’s nothing physiologically wrong with having gapped teeth; it actually keeps your teeth cleaner. However, in today’s Hollywood-obsessed society, perfectly spaced blazing white teeth are the norm, and orthodontists and cosmetic dentists are making a killing. Unfortunately, a kid whose parents can’t afford braces is now ridiculed much more than the “braceface” of the past.
What do you think when you see someone with gapped teeth?
What does this say about this person?
Do you think they should they get their teeth fixed?

i dont like gapped teeth on people… i dont even know why i just associate gapped teeth with like cute little kids shooting juice through it lol… like gapped teeth dont stop me from liking a person or dating a person but i just think that nice teeth can really improve the looks and self esteem of a person

I think that if i had spaced teeth it would suck because you would get things stuck inbetween your teeth, and have to floss more. I do think that they should get their teeth fixed, because i think it would be a HUGE boost to their self-esteem.
(but i have no major feelings about it, except sympathy.)
