It’s stuck in development.
The reason why there are so few DC movies out is because they’re owned by Time Warner, who owns Warner Bros. So Warner Bros. basically has a monopoly on these characters and can sit on them as long as they want(it would be costly for a company to have 3 or 4 of these in development at the same time) whereas Marvel can give the rights to whoever has the best offer. That’s why we’ve only seen Superman and Batman so far.
By the way, Joss Whedon is off of Wonder Woman now.

Joss Whedon (guy behind Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Is writing and directing if I remember…I think he’s still in the re-writing stages.

Wow, thats DC commics though. If it were Marvel Commics, they would be planning it out already. The only DC superhero that has made it to the big screan… lately, it Superman. I dont remember If Spawn was eather DC or Marvel, but he had his moment, the sequel never made it… bummer! On the other hand, Marvel has what, Three Spidermans, three X-Men, Hulk, Dair Devil, Fantastic Four, ahh… oh, and just recently Ghost Rider… they’re planning to come out with Captin America. Wow, now that I think about it, thats a lot of movies in a short period of time! No kidding!

There is a movie in the works. Rumor has it that Silver pictures has purchased a screenplay and are getting ready to cast the film.
FYI: Spawn was from Image comics. Batman is a DC charater.
